403 - Registered user capacity reached

Cause
oThis occurs when you try to add a new user when the user registered capacity has already been reached.

 

Resolution
oThe registered user capacity is based on the number of user licenses that have been purchased.  If you have reached the limit, you will need to either delete an existing user to open up a license or purchase more licenses from the Audama Software website.
