Tables

In the Filter & Controls window to the left of the table, there is a link called Print Table in the Additional Controls section.  Clicking on this link will bring up a table print dialog which provides the option to customize the page layout (header, footer, orientation, etc.), view a print preview, or go straight to the printer setup window.

Records

Printing an individual data record can be done in many different places.  This includes:

With the record selected on the table, click on the Print icon in the Object Toolbar,
Right-click the record and select Print from the popup menu,
Right-click the record and select Edit to open the record in an edit window.  Then select Print from the toolbar or from the File menu.
Right-click the record and select View to open the record in a view window.  Then select Print from the File menu.

If you want to access the printer setup options (such as if you wanted to print to a non-default printer), you must open up the record in the view or edit window.  Then select the Print Setup option under the File menu.

The format and contents of the printed record are the same as the record view.  So, opening the record in a view window (right-click and select View) will act as a form of print preview.

Calendars

In the Filter & Controls window to the left of the calendar, there is a link called Print Calendar in the Additional Controls section.  Clicking on this link will bring up a calendar print dialog.  The options for printing vary depending on the calendar view:

Grid View
oThe calendar view on the screen is too wide to print the entire thing.  Because of this, the print dialogue includes controls which limit the time period to a range that will print on a standard size piece of paper.  The mini-grid preview in the print dialog window will show the types of schedules and the date range which will be printed.  You can customize the header and footer text as well as make any filter changes before moving on to the printer setup window.
Day View
oThe print dialog provides the option to customize the page layout (header, footer, orientation, etc.), view a print preview, or go straight to the printer setup window.
Week View
oThe print dialog provides the option to customize the page layout (header, footer, orientation, etc.), view a print preview, or go straight to the printer setup window.
Month View
oThe print dialog provides the option to customize the page layout (header, footer, orientation, etc.), view a print preview, or go straight to the printer setup window.
Year View
oThe print dialog provides the option to specify a calendar title and sub title before moving on to the printer setup window.
