NEW FEATURE:

New calendar view options.  In addition to the existing grid calendar view, calendars can now be viewed in  a day, week, month, and year format.

NEW FEATURE:

Sent messages (notes, phone messages, vacation requests, and PTO requests) are now recorded.

Streamlined user interface.  All data is now viewed and managed from four main windows:

Status Window - In/out board, bulletin board, and event calendar.
Communication Manager - Bulletin board posts, sent/received notes, phone messages, vacation requests, and PTO requests.
Schedule Manager - Vacation, sick day, PTO, out-of-office, event, holiday, and work schedules.
Calendars - Grid, day, week, month, and year views.

ENHANCEMENT:

Custom fields are now available for employee information.  There are five of these fields which can be used for any type of information.

Object controls from control panel windows moved to global object toolbar.

ENHANCEMENT:

Minor enhancements and bug fixes relating to the new PTO schedule items.  Includes setting default status to "PTO" if a status alias by that name exists.

auto-load desired manager windows on program start,
display text labels on main toolbar,
control the age limit of new items,
open duplicate manager windows (This is now disabled by default but can be re-enabled in preferences.),
automatically check for OpsCenter updates on a defined schedule,
require a double-click of the system tray icon to minimize/restore the OpsCenter window,
always minimize OpsCenter to system tray even if it is just minimized to the taskbar,
calendar settings to control how the different calendar views are displayed,
option to always have OpsCenter prompt for a default user name on program start.

ENHANCEMENT:

Schedule and Communication manager tables have a search field which will search within the current table contents.

ENHANCEMENT:

New table filters for messages and schedules.  Can now filter on various date range parameters.

Error messages now display error codes which are linked to documentation in the help file with detailed information on why it occurs and how to fix it.

Speed and reliability improvements to OpsCenter startup.

In the received note window, the recipient list and additional note data is split into two separate boxes so it can more easily viewed.

Features that are disabled in the system controls are now hidden from the user interface instead of just being disabled.

ENHANCEMENT:

When a vacation/PTO/out-of-office schedule ends, any memo automatically set will be cleared no matter what.  Previously, if the status was manually changed before the schedule ended, the memo would not be automatically cleared.

Fixed bug which would sometimes cause the status bar to not be visible on program start.
