When selecting the recipients of a note, the alphabetical sort of the available user/group list is now preserved even when moving names back and forth from the send to list box. This was also modified in the set group membership window.

Fixed bug when sending a vacation/PTO request. If the sender has the identical user name of a past user account that has been deleted, the vacation/PTO request would be sent from the deleted account.
