When the notes feature is disabled but the PTO/Vacation requests are enabled, confirmation notes are no longer sent. This would cause OpsCenter to report new messages but since the notes feature was disabled, users would not be able to access the confirmation messages. The unread messages could never be read.

Fixed bug that caused the main OpsCenter window to grab focus during the regular data refresh cycle. This would sometimes cause foreground windows to move to the back.

Fixed table and information display to correctly show the "Set Status To" value for vacation and PTO schedules. Previously, the field would show the status record ID value if it is set as an alias.

When editing an existing PTO schedule, if the status field is set to a status alias value, then any modifications will cause the status field value to be reset when the changes are saved. This has been fixed.
