250 - Cannot add record

Cause
oThis occurs when there is an error when trying to add a record to the database.  The cause of the error will typically be a result of another problem.  There can be The most likely cause is that the database connection has been lost (see Error 212).

 

Resolution
oThe only way to resolve this is to correct the underlying problem.  See the error code referenced above for information on how to resolve these problems.  Try exiting and restarting OpsCenter.  If there is a problem with the connection or with the database file, there should be an error message which will help to identify the specific cause and resolution.
