There are a couple ways to reset the user profile on a specific computer.  The profile is stored in a file called "opscenter.ini" in the OpsCenter application data folder (normally "C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Audama\OpsCenter") or click on the View App Data Files button on the Files/Paths tab in the Preferences window.)  When OpsCenter is closed, simply delete this file and the next time OpsCenter starts, it will prompt for the database and user login information.  An alternate way to reset the profile is to select the Disconnect & Logout option from the File menu.  Then select Clear user profile from the File menu.
