The Calendars window displays all the schedule information in a variety of different calendar formats. It is broken down into five sections and accessed using the menu shown on the right.
• | Calendar Grid View: Schedule information is shown on a horizontal grid with each employee having their own grid row. |
• | Calendar Day View: Schedule information is shown according to the day and hour. All day scheduled items are shown in the area above the corresponding day. |
• | Calendar Week View: Schedule information for a single week is shown. |
• | Calendar Month View: Schedule information for a single month is shown. |
• | Calendar Year View: Schedule information for a single year is shown using color codes for each type of schedule item. Only one color can be shown for a day so if a day has multiple items schedules, only the color for the highest priority item is shown. The priority is determined by the order the schedule item types are listed in the display filter. |
