The repair data file option provides a quick way to repair any apparent problems with a Personnel Folders data file. Click on Repair Data File from the File menu in order to access the repair data file window. Just select the file you wish to repair. This feature is only available when no data file is currently open. Even if there is not any problem with a data file, this feature will compress the data file so it will take up less hard drive space.
