The bulletin board is where the active bulletin board posts are displayed.  Only the posts intended for the current user will be shown.  You can right-click on the bulletin board or a specific post to access the add/edit menu options.  To view all the past and future posts, you need to use the Communication Manager.  The data in this table can be exported or printed using the links in the Additional Controls section of the Status Window Filters & Controls pane.
