The following keyboard shortcuts can be used to quickly access OpsCenter features and functionality. These shortcuts are available when the main Opscenter window is open:
| o | Forces OpsCenter to refresh all data and open windows. |
| o | Closes all open windows and resets the display to the default layout. |
| o | Minimize the main OpsCenter window. |
| o | Opens up a Status window. |
| o | Opens up a Communication Manager window. |
| o | Opens up a Schedule Manager window. |
| o | Opens up a Calendar window. |
| o | Changes the default user's status to "IN". |
| o | Changes the default user's status to "OUT". |
| o | Changes the default user's status to "DND". |
| o | Opens up a new Phone Message. |
