Searching is currently limited to the individual tables in the communication and schedule manager.  There is a search field In the upper right corner of the tables in both the communication and schedule manager windows.  Search terms entered into this field will allow you to search only within the currently displayed table.  Clicking on the arrow to the right of the search field will bring up a menu with the most recent search fields.
