Electronically Delivered Software

If you are not completely satisfied with your software purchase, you have 30 days to get a 100% refund. No questions asked. Simply send an email to Audama Software Sales with your order details and your refund will be processed right away.

Physically Delivered Software/Products

If you ordered a physical product (such as an installation CD or printed user manual), a 100% refund (minus shipping charges) will be given if these materials are returned to Audama Software within 30 days of purchase. You can return the materials to:

Be sure to include your name and order number. Your refund (minus the shipping charges) will be processed upon receipt of the return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Mixed Orders

If you ordered electronically delivered software and physically delivered products at the same time, then the electronically delivered portion of the order will be follow the "Electronically Delivered Software" policy and the physically delivered portion of the order will follow the "Physically Delivered Software/Products" policy.
