The Calendars window provides several different types of calendars to view the current schedule information for an individual employee or a group of employees. To open the Calendars window, select Calendars from the Main Toolbar or select Open Calendars from the View menu. The following docked panes are available in this window:
| o | This is where the calendar view can be selected. Also, the type of schedules to display can also be controlled here. Schedule types will not be listed if they are disabled in the System Controls. |

| o | This is where the employee or group filter can be selected. Also, the calendar's display parameters can also be controlled here. |
| o | This pane will show a summary of the currently selected schedule. |
