The Schedule Manager window provides a way to view and manage all the schedules in the system. To open the Schedule Manager window, select Schedule Manager from the Main Toolbar or select Open Schedule Manager from the View menu. The following schedule types can be managed from the Schedule Manager: Vacation schedules, PTO schedules, sick days, out-of-office schedules, scheduled events, holiday schedules, and work schedules. The following docked panes are available in this window:
o | This is where the type of schedule to display in the table can be selected. Schedule types will not be listed if they are disabled in the System Controls. |

o | This is where the employee or group filter can be selected. Also, the display range of schedules on the table can be controlled here. |
o | This pane will show a summary of the currently selected schedule. |
